1st gen 1957 Chevrolet Corvette automatic convertible For Sale.

Selling a 1957 Corvette convertible. The car comes with a convertible soft top and a convertible hard top. I bought the hard top a few months ago.

I had plans to restore this Corvette, but just don’t have the time to get to it. I have owned it for about a year. The car needs a full restoration.

The car does not have the original VIN, but does have a replacement VIN. The car has a cowl induction hood (not the look I wanted for the car). The latch is broken out of the trunk lid. You will notice in the photos that the front and rear bumpers have been removed as someone smoothed out the car. The marker lights have also be relocated and from what I can tell are from a 67 Corvette.

The car has a 350 V8 (unknown mileage) with a 3 speed automatic transmission. The clutch pedal is still in the car and floor board still has the hole for the ash tray.

Car has front disc brakes but no power booster or proportioning valve. Brakes lock up when you touch the pedal.

This car is the perfect candidate to be a resto-mod.
