5th generation 2002 Chevrolet Corvette 6spd manual For Sale.

Highly Sought after 6 speed Manual Transmission, LS1 C-5 Corvette.
Upgrades include K&N Intake, Borla Cat Back Dual Exhaust, 1 to 4 shifting bypass. Excellent condition for the year. I rate it over all as very good due to a few imperfections in the paint. This was my everyday driver for a while, but has spent more time under a cover in the garage the last few years. I’m only able to get it out to drive every few months now, plus we’re moving so it’s one of the items I have to consider selling. You’ll love how this car drives & Handles – I do. Aside from the few paint imperfections, I always get remarks like “That’s a beautiful Car”. We won’t have room to store this awesome car where we’re moving to.

Extra info: they rate this as 23mpg on the highway, but I get 28 – 33 mpg on a round trip from the west coast of FL to the east coast & back. Some of that improvement is the K&N Cold Air Induction filter & the Borla Exhaust opening up the breathing, but It’s mainly the aerodynamics & the gearing. This car is geared to do 60 mph in 1st gear. 0 to 60 is close to 4 seconds with this setup. Stock shows 4.5. The top end is rated at 180, but 6th gear calculates to 280. So it’s not that you want to drive this fast – it’s that being geared so high gets high MPG on a long trip….. 70mph isn’t much more than a high idle in 6th gear.
